A message from Ben Seehusen …
North Nor’West Property is not a new company … simply a new brand launched in March 2010.
When we re-branded Epping Real Estate, we changed the name and look of an iconic real estate business in Sydney’s Northern Districts, one that has been servicing the area since 1949.
But we didn’t change its reputation for excellence in estate agency. The same team continues to provide unsurpassed expertise in the area and its knowledge of local property both in residential sales and property management is widely understood by property owners and competitors alike.
We changed the name of the business to change its size. For over 27 years, the business was a leading member of the First National Group and, in the last three years, the number one office of that group Australia wide. However, that brought with it growth restrictions from which we needed to be freed. Our team will continue to service a much wider area of the Northern Districts and, as opportunities arise, establish offices in key locations. It is our intention to remain the largest estate agency in the Northern Districts and grow the business further.
The key to our business is our people. In both sales and property management, we employ outstanding operators who subscribe to the culture of great service which is the foundation of our business.
So, when you see the North Nor’West brand in your area, recognise it as a well-established real estate business with great people doing new things.
